1-1/2 lbs. Brussel Sprouts
|
|
3 T. Extra Virgin Olive Oil, divided
|
|
Salt and Pepper
|
|
2 T. Balsamic vinegar
|
|
2 T. Honey
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |

|
Preheat oven to 425. Line baking sheet with foil.
|
|
|
Cut Brussel sprouts in half, toss in a bowl with 1 T. oil, sprinkle with
salt and pepper. Roast for 20 minutes.

|
Remove from oven and place back in bowl. Toss well with 2 T. oil,
balsamic vinegar and honey. Coat evenly and enjoy!
