     Crispy Balsamic Honey Brussels

Ingredients
1-1/2 lbs. Brussel Sprouts
3 T. Extra Virgin Olive Oil, divided
Salt and Pepper
2 T. Balsamic vinegar
2 T. Honey
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425. Line baking sheet with foil.
Cut Brussel sprouts in half, toss in a bowl with 1 T. oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and place back in bowl. Toss well with 2 T. oil, balsamic vinegar and honey. Coat evenly and enjoy!
