     Revel Soup

Ingredients
2 Eggs
1/2 tsp. Salt
Dash of Pepper
1 1/2 c. Flour or enough to mix into small pieces
Broth-
Chicken or Beef Broth
Salt and Pepper to taste
 
3 Tlb. Butter
Parsley Flakes - optional

Instructions
Mix eggs, salt and pepper. Cut in flour with pastry cutter or knife. Roll batter between hands to work flour in. Should end up with small pieces.
Bring Broth mixture to a boil, turn heat down to low and add revels while stirring the broth. Let boil slowly for 25 minutes.
