Ingredients
Whole Wheat English Muffin
1 egg - Fried (no grease - PAM with Olive Oil)
1 slice reduced fat cheese
2 slices of Turkey Bacon or other protein meat
 

Instructions
Toast your English muffin. Add cooked egg, cheese and meat.
I like these for supper! If you have enough calories and protein, have 2! Or one muffin with 2 eggs. Mix and match and you can always add veggies...onion, peppers, mushrooms etc.
