Cook Pudding as usual,recipe at the back of packet. As it begins to thicken reduce heat and add the chocolate chips stirring till melts. Remove from heat and leave to cool aside. Take a big dish and fill half of it with cold water. Put the pan with the chocolate pudding in the dish to cool more quickly. Don't leave water to go in the Pudding or custard. Meanwhile stir the cream with a mixer, add the Pudding mixture to the cream till smooth. Put the mixture in a plastic container and freeze until just set. Take out from freezer and chop Ice-Cream roughly, beat in a large bowl with electric mixture, or process, until smooth. Pour again in the container and freeze until firm. Take it 20 minutes out before serving. Enjoy -)
