Method for Short Pastry-
Mix four and salt in a bowl, rub in butter.Mix cold water to form a stiff Dough. Grease baking tin and roll out dough on to a floured worktop. Line an 24cm flan ring with the Pastry. Put aside. Cut about 4 round circles about 19cm each to make, the Turnovers pastries.

Put the onion, cube, veg oil and ground beef in a wok or pan. Add some water and simmer, add the other ingredients except the eggs and cheese. Let everything to simmer for a while on low heat. When the mixture is tender add the beaten eggs and cheese. Let the mixture to cool. Take the lined flan ring and put some Filling in it. Roll out another piece of Pastry and cover it with it. Brush the top with a little milk. Make the same procedure with the Turnovers pastries, before closing them brush the edges with milk. Again brush the top with milk, and sprinkle some Sesame Seeds. Bake on 240c for 45 min or till golden brown. Enjoy -)
