1. Roast eggplants in microwave about 45
mins. and
peel. Put pulp in food processor till
smooth. Add salt
2. Make vagar with oil, chillies, ginger,
cumin and
hing.
3. Put the eggplant pulp to the vagar. Chill
and serve
