Chops peppers, onions, garlic & tomatoes. Put
in a large boiler. Add vinegar, sugar & salt.
Boil on medium heat until mixture settles to
bottom (will float for a while). Fill pint jar
half full of water and add cornstarch, mix
well. Add to boiling mixture gradually. Keep
adding until desired consistency is reached
(knowing you're about to add more liquid). Add
hot sauce and ketchup. Boil 30 more minutes,
stirring often. Jar and boil/process for 20
minutes.
