I don't take the time to shape it into a cheeseball and choose to serve it in a small bowl instead. For the cheeseball, cover and refrigerate mixture for 2 hours. Place mixture on a large sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a ball, refrigerate at least one hour. Just before serving it can be rolled in chopped nuts.
