REMOVE sausage from casing. Heat a large
skillet over medium-high. Add sausage meat and
cook 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown,
breaking into small pieces with the back of a
wooden spoon. Set aside.
COOK macaroni and cheese dinner according to
package directions. Add sausage and drained
tomatoes and heat through. Season with salt and
pepper.
SERVE sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and
parsley.
