Mix first 8 ingredients in small bowl. Put pork shoulder and marinade in Ziploc bag and marinate at least 2 hours, turning over at least once.

Put pork shoulder and marinade in slow cooker. Cook on low for 8 hours.

|
Remove pork from slow cooker using a slotted spoon, placing on a cutting surface. Cover with aluminum foil; keep warm.

|
|
Add broth to slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 330 min or until sauce thickens. Shred pork with two forks. Serve with sauce.
