Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat eggs; add sugar, oil and vanilla; beat until smooth. Stir in chocolate. Add dry ingredients and blend well. Stir in zucchini and nuts.
Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 for one hour or until cake tests done. Cool for 10 minutes on a rack and remove from pan.
