     CARAMEL FROSTING

Ingredients
2 TB FLOUR
1/2 C. MILK
1/2 C. BROWN SUGAR
1/2 C. POWDERED SUGAR
1 TSP. VANILLA
1/4 C. SOFT BUTTER
1/4 C. SHORTENING
1/4 TSP SALT
 

Instructions
MIX FLOUR AND MILK. COOK TO A THICK PASTE OVER SLOW HEAT. COOL CREAM SUGARS WITH BUTTER AND SHORTENING. BEAT UNTIL LIGHT AND FLUFFY. BLEND IN SALT. MIX IN COOLED PASTE. BEAT UNTIL FLUFFY, BLEND.
