Preheat oven to 375
Set sausage out and let get to room temperature. Grate cheese.
Mix sausage and bisquick. Then mix in cheese. Roll into balls.
Place on cookie sheet with sides. Bake until golden brown or til
sausage isn't pink. Usually about 20 minutes
