     Pie Crust Dough

Ingredients
2 cups sifted flour
2/3 cups crisco
1 tsp. salt
1 egg yolk
1/4 cup water
2 tsp. lemon juice
 

Instructions
1. sift flour with salt- cut in shortening until flour is the size of peas 2. mix together egg yolk, water and lemon juice
3. Pour liquid into flour mixture and mix with fork. 4. cut dough in half. dump 1/2 into waxed paper and make sure mixture is well mixed.
5. Put on floured piece of waxed paper on board and roll out to size 6. Dump into clean dish and put in filling 7. do the same with the other half of dough and cover pie
8. pinch together and bake for 10 minutes in hot oven (high) and then 20-25 minutes in medium oven
