Ingredients
3/4 cup shortening
2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
1 cup juice
3 cups flour
4 Tbsp baking powder
3 Tbsp cocoa powder
 
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350, prepare pan 1. cream together shortening, sugar and vanilla 2. add eggs, one at a time
3. mix flour with baking powder 4. alternate adding juice and flour to the batter until it's all combined
5. pour out 1/3 of the batter and mix it with cocoa powder 6. pour white mixture into pan and swirl chocolate mixture into the white mixture
7. Bake 45 minutes
