     Salmon Becel Maple Dijon

Ingredients
1/4 c becel margerine melted
1/4 c maple syrup
4 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp soy sauce
4 salmon portions
 

Instructions
Heat oven to 425. Mix marinade ingredients together and place in a resealable plastic bags. Add salmon and marinate at least 1 hour. Place salmon on parchment or tinfoil lined baking sheet. Bake approx. 12 min depending on thickness and remove from oven. cover and allow to rest 5 min. Serve with juices.
