     Mid-Western Dairy Dish

Ingredients
2 pds lean Hamberger
1/2 med White Onion
Montreal Hamberger or Steak Seasoning
1/2 cup Water
1/2 bag Frozen Peas
2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup small curd Cottage Cheese
1 cup Sour Cream
1 bag Tater Tots or Crispy Crowns
 
1 cup Monteray/Jack Cheese or Cheddar Cheese
Paprika

Instructions
1. Brown Beef with onion and seasoning. Drain oil and add Water, Peas, Soup, Cottage Cheese and Sour Cream. Mix Well
2. Put Beef mixture in a 9x13 baking dish and top with bag of Tater Tots or Crispy Crowns. Works best if potatoes have been thawed in the refrigerator
3. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Top with cheese and bake till cheese is melted and bubbly. Sprinkle with Paprika
Serving Suggestions
Serve with green salad & cranberry or a fruit salad
