4 boneless Chicken Breasts, cubed

1 pkg Fiesta or Original Ranch Dressing Mix
|

1 can Black Beans, drained
|
| |
1 can Rotel (I use mild), drained
|
| |
1 can Corn, NOT drained
|
| |
1-8oz block Cream Cheese
|

Instructions |

|
Cut up Chicken Breasts into 1/2 inch pieces, put in crock pot. Add Ranch Dressing mix and Corn to crock pot.

Drain Black Beans and Rotel, add to crock pot. Cut Cream Cheese into pieces and put into crock pot. Mix Well.

|
|
Cook on High for 4 to 6 hrs. Stirring every once in awhile, till chicken is tender.

|
|
When done eat with sour cream and chips or put in tortillas
|
