1 med yellow summer squash, cut into 1/4 inch slices
1/4 cup sliced onion
1 Tbsp butter
1 med tomato, cut into wedges
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp dried basil1
1/2 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
In a skillet, saute the zucchini, squash, and onion in butter until crisp-tender. Add the tomato, salt garlic, basil and pepper. Cook 2-3 min longer. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
