Ingredients
570ml of double cream / de creme entiere liquide
250g of mascarpone
75ml of marsala or amareto
6 tbsp golden caster sugar / 6 CaS de sucre roux fin
300ml strong cofee (2 tbsp of cofee for 300ml of water) / de cafe corse (2 CaS de cafe pour 300ml)
200g sponge finger / de boudoir ou biscuit a la cuillere
25g chunk dark chocolate / de chocolat noir en petale
2 tps of cocoa pwder / 2 CaC de cacao en poudre.
 

Instructions
Put the cream, mascarpone and sugar in a large bowl. Whisk until the cream and mascarpone have completely combined and have the consistence of thickly whipped cream. Mettre la creme, le mascarpone et le sucre dans un grand saladier. Fouetez jusqu'a ce que la creme et le mascarpone soit bien melange et que vous obteniez une texture de creme fouette.
Get your serving dish ready. Put the cofee into a shallow dish and dip in a few sponge fingers at a time, turning for a few secs until they are nicely soaked, but not soggy, layer these into your dish until you have used half the biscuits, then spread over half the creamy mixture. Using the coarse side of the grater, grate over most of the chocolate. Then repeat the layers, finish with the creamy layer. / Sortez le plat dand lequel vous allez faire votre tiramisu. Mettre le cafe dans une assiete a soupe et trapez les boudoirs un par un, en faisant bien atention qu'il regorge bien de cafe mais sans les rendre tout mou.Les etaler au fond de votre plat puis etaler a moitie de la creme, enfin recommance la meme operation en finissan par une couche de creme.
Cover and chill for a few hours or ovnight. This can now be kept in the fridge for up to 2 days. To serve, dust with cocoa powder and grate over the remainder of chocolate. / Couvrez et refrigerez pendant plusieurs heures ou toute la nuit, ceci peut etre conserve au frigo jusqu'a 2 jours. Avant de servir sepoudrez le cacao et spoudrez les restant de chocolat.
