2 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips or chopped chocolate (70% dark)
1 1/2 c marshmallow fluff/cream
1 c heavy cream, chilled
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 whole graham crackers, crushed
chocolate shavings or chopped chocolate chips for garnish
Black Onyx sugar for garnish/sprinkle
Instructions
In top of double boiler (glass bowl set over pot of
simmering water/DO NOT BOIL and do not allow glass
to touch water), melt chocolate, stirring regularly
until smooth. Remove from heat.
Add marshmallow fluff to chocolate and stir to
combine. Stir in vanilla.
In glass bowl, using electric mixer, beat cream
just to start of stiff peak stage. Add whipped
cream to chocolate/fluff mixture and fold gently to
combine.
Divide crushed graham crackers evenly among 6
dessert cups. Evenly distribute mousse over tops.
Garnish with shaved chocolate/chopped chocolate
chips. Sprinkle with Black Onyx sugar. Refrigerate for minimum of 1
hour to set.
