Place the fish fillets in a plastic bag. Add lemon juice , parsley
garlic and soya sauce. Close the bag and put it in the refrigerator
for at least one hour.

Remove the fish from the bag and save the marinade.
|
|
|
Place the fish on a grill at the top of the oven and grill for 3-5
minutes.
|
|
|
turn the fillets over, brush the top with marinade and grill for an
additional 5-8 minutes . Boil the rest of the marinade until it`s
reduced by half and pour over the fillets when serving.
