Give chocolate, butter and cream in a saucepan, melt over low heat,
stirring frequently.
Yolks and sugar or honey Stir until the mixture is light. Stir
chocolate mixture into the egg yolk mass. Rahm including pull
carefully.
Whip egg whites with the salt. Can sprinkle sugar, continue beating
until the mixture shines. Carefully consider egg whites into the
chocolate mixture. At choice fill the mixture into a bowl or serving
ramekins, cover and chill for 3-4 hours and leave to set.
Forms mousse to boat before serving with 2 tablespoons, garnish.
