     Bailey's Chocolate Cheese Cake

Preptime   425 degrees

Crust- 1 cup crushed chocolate wafers(oreo crumbs)
3 tbsp melted butter
bake at 350 for 10 mins (in a bunt pan)
Filling- 3 packs Philladelphia Cream Cheese (softened)
3/4 cups sugar
3 large eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
3 squares of white chocolate (melted)
3 semi sweet chocolate squares (melted)
2 tbsp Baileys Liquor
Glaze- 1/4 cup whipping cream
4 semi sweet squares of dark chocolate

-blend cream cheese and sugar-add eggs1 at a time mix well- add vianilla and put half batter in another bowl. 1st Bowl- stir melted white chocolate and add liquor 2nd Bowl-stir in melted dark chocolate - pour dark batter over crumbs in pan -spoon in white batter on top
bake 10 at 425-reduce to 250 bake 40-45 until barley firm. top starts to crack a bit. run knife around sides, let cool b4 removing from pan
Glaze- melt dark chocolate and cream together over double boiler( or Microwave) wait until it cools a bit spread over cake when cool and place in fridge so it hardens decorate with white or dark chocolate shavings
