     Tuna - Korean Style Grilled

Ingredients
1/2 Cup soy sauce
2 Tablespoons toasted sesame oil
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
3 Tablespoons sugar
1Tablespoon sesame seeds
3 gloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
 
1 1/2 pounds tuna steak (or swordfish)

Instructions
Combine all ingredients except fish in a large plastic bag. Mix until combined.
Add tuna and turn to coat.
Seal and refrigerate for no more than 2 hours, turning occasionally.
Grill or broil for 3 minutes on each side until medium rare. Serve immediately.
Serving Suggestions
Steamed jasmine rice and grilled asparagus go excellently with this!
