Cream butter and sugar, stir in vanilla. Stir in
flour and baking powder until combined. Press 2/3
mixture into greased/lined 23cm square tin (my
smaller rectangle tin).

CARAMEL- Combine all ingredients and melt together
in microwave. Pour the caramel over base.
|
|
|
Mix the remaining base mixture with the chocolate
chips and crumble over the caramel.
|
|
|
Bake at 180C until crumble on top starts to just
turn golden.
