     Weetbix Chewy Chocolate Slice

Ingredients
1 C brown sugar
125g unsalted butter
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 Tbsp cocoa
1 C self raising flour
1/2 C coconut
1 C crushed Weetbix (4-5)
 
ICING
1 C icing sugar
2 Tbsp cocoa
2 Tbsp milk (or to desired consistency)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 160C. Line a 20cm square slice tin.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Press into tin HARD. Bake for 20 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
ICING- mix all ingredients. Pour over slice and allow to cool in tin.
