Cook crust at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Let cool.
Melt white chocolate chips in a pan on low heat. Let
cool. Beat cream cheese for 3 minutes until fluffy. Add
sugar; beat 5 minutes then add white chocolate chips
and beat minutes. Add sour cream and vanilla; stir
until blended. Pour over crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Middle will jiggle.
Cool for 10 minutes; take a knife around the edges to
loosen. Let cool and put in the refrigerator for 8
hours or overnight.
