     Cream of Asparagus Soup

Ingredients
2 cups chopped fresh asparagus
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 cup water
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
1/2 cup milk or half & half
2 Tbsp flour
2 Tbsp butter
 

Instructions
Cook asparagus, onions, water, bouillon, salt, and pepper until asparagus is tender. Make white sauce with milk or half & half, flour, and butter. Combine with asparagus mixture and continue cooking until thickened.
