350. Melt butter in large saucepan. Whisk in flour; cook 2 min gradually stir in milk. Bring to boil; cook and stir 3-5 min or until thickened. Add velveeta and cook 3 min or until melted.
Drain macaroni. Add to velveeta sauce along with the broccoli and 1/2 cup cheddar. Mix well. Spoon into 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with remaining cheddar and top with onions.
