Cut fruit and sprinkle with flour. Add remaining ingredients and
poor into a tube pan lined with foil. Bake at 325 degrees oven
for 1 1/2 hours. Let cool before removing. Wrap in a cloth
soaked with bourbon or whiskey for a week or up to a month.
Note- can use mini loaf pans to several small fruit cakes. Line
them on the bottom with parchment paper.
Bake for 45 minutes.
