Ingredients
2 21oz cans pie filling
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups quick oats
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Extras (optional) - chocolate chips, coconut, dried fruit, cinnamon chips, etc.
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Place pie filling in the bottom of 9x13 pan. Blend the rest of the ingredients until crumbly. Add any extras to the mixture. Sprinkle mixture over pie filling. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Serving Suggestions
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
