     Maple Thyme Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
2 TB stone ground mustard
2 TB maple syrup
1/2 tsp each dried thyme, salt, and pepper
1.5 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. In a small bowl, mix the all ingredients except chicken. Place chicken in baking dish. Cover with syrup mixture. Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in the middle.
