Combine dry ingredients (flour, sugar, soda, salt
& cocoa); mix liquids together then add dry
ingredients all at once. Mix well.
Mix together cream cheese, egg, sugar, salt and
then the chips.
Fill cupcake papers 1/2 to 2/3 full. Add 1
heaping teaspoon of filling to each.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
for bundt cake bake 50-55 min at 350. Cool on
wire rack 30-45 min before removing from pan.
