16 oz. can WHOLE BABY CORN
|
|
24 oz. CORN OIL
|
|
5 Tbl. Kentucky Kernel brand SEASONED FLOUR
|

2 Tbl. WATER plus.
|

1 LARGE EGG
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

|

Instructions |
|
|
Add corn and liquid from can to pot. Add enough
water to cover. Boil for 5 minutes. Drain and pat
dry.

|
Heat oil on med-hi. Whisk together Seasoned Flour,
Egg, and 2 Tbl. Water.
|
|
|
In two batches, roll corn in batter and add to
oil, turning occasionally until golden brown.
Remove to paper-towel lined plate to cool.

Suggestions |
|
Serve with a dipping sauce if desired, but it may be unnecessary.
