     Erickson's Swedish Pancakes

Ingredients
4 eggs
3 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
3-1/4 c milk
1/2 c melted butter
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
 
Instructions
Beat well the 4 eggs. Stir in flour and baking powder. Add milk, melted butter, sugar and salt.
Beat until smooth - slowly.
