4 teaspoons dry active yeast (or 2 tsp Fast Rise yeast)
Coating Ingredients-
3/4 cup butter, melted (or 1/2 c. butter - 1/4 c. orange juice)
3 tablespoons fresh grated orange rind
1 cup sugar
Instructions
Mix all roll ingredients in mixer and knead with dough hook 5
minutes. Cover and let rise 1 hour.
While dough is rising, melt butter (Optional- add orange juice). In
another bowl, combine sugar and orange rind.
With the dough, make 18 dough balls. Dip ball into butter/juice
and roll ball in the sugar/orange rind mixture. Place rolls into a
large, buttered pan. Pour any remaining butter in pan.
Cover and let rise 1 hour
Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes. Serve warm.
