     Mint Syrup for Fruit Salad

Ingredients
1 c sugar
2/3 c water
1/2 c chopped mint leaves
1/4 c lemon juice
1/2 c orange juice
 

Instructions
Boil the sugar and water for 3 mn.
Add the chopped mint leaves. Cool mixture and strain.
Add 1/4 c lemon and 1/2 c. orange juice.
This is poured over fresh fruit and served in a bowl.
