     Tookoo's Lefsa

Ingredients
5 c potato flakes
1/2 c butter
1/2 c sugar
1 Tbsp salt
2 c water
 
Instructions
Heat the butter, sugar, salt and 2 c water. Add 1 combined cup made up of 1/2 milk and 1/2 cream, the flakes and 1 c flour. Refrigerate.
Bake on griddle. Roll them round without any bee-boops.
