Hard boil eggs. Remove shell and slice in half. Put yolks in a
bowl and smash with a fork.
Add a little mustard, dash of Worcestershire sauce, little relish,
some of the relish juice, grated onion, pepper, salt and celery
seed. Mix together. Then add mayonnaise until you reach a good
consistency and taste.
Fill whites with mixture and sprinkle paprika on top.
