     Melt in Your Mouth Biscuits

Ingredients
4 cups Pioneer Baking Mix
16 oz sour cream
1/4 - 1/2 cup 7 up
4 T. Butter
 

Instructions
Cut sour cream into Pioneer mix until crumbly. Add enough 7 up to roll dough into ball. Roll out & cut biscuits. Melt 2 T. butter in cast iron skillet. Dip both sides of biscuits. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 1 large & 1 small skillet of biscuits.
Serving Suggestions
Delicious by themselves or with honey or jelly.
