Category   Entrees - Maindishes
Sub Category   Gameday-Tailgate
Preptime   30 minutes

Ingredients
1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
1 tbs Garlic Powder
1 tbs Onion Powder
2 - 6 filets Tilapia
4 tbs butter
4 tbs all purpose flour
½ teas salt
2 cups milk
Dash of white pepper

Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions
In a dish, mix together the bread crumbs and powders, salt and pepper the filets and dredge them through the bread crumb mixture and coat them well. If you want crispy filets, add grated parmesan cheese to the bread crumb mix. In a skillet, heat a couple of tbls Olive oil until just smoking. It will be fairly hot. Add the Tilapia filets and cook a couple of minutes on each side. They do not take very long to cook. Remove from the skillet and place in a plate. Mean while, heat water in a pot to cook the angel hair pasta. Cook pasta as per directions on the package.
For the medium White Sauce (for 6)- Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour, salt, and dash of white pepper. Add milk all at once. Cook quickly, stirring constantly till mixture thickens and bubbles. When mixture thickens squeeze juice of 1 lemon into sauce. Plate angel hair pasta, plate fillet of Tilapia on top, spoon sauce over all and sprinkle capers on top.
