     Yams Souffee

Ingredients
1-40 oz. can Bruce's cut yams (2)
1/2 cup butter (2)
2/3 cup white or brown sugar (2)
2/3 cup syrup from can (2)
Small marshmallow
 

Instructions
~Place yams in shallow baking dish & combine syrup from can, sugar and butter in saucepan, stirring to a boil to thicken. Pour sauce over yams.
~Bake in 350 degrees oven for 20 to 30 minutes, basting (stirring) frequently. ~Sprinkle marshmallows over casserole. ~Broil 350 degrees until brown.
