Brown mushrooms and onion in butter. Season with salt and pepper. Combine mushrooms with cream cheese, 1/2 tsp worchestershire sauce and garlic salt.
Spread on bread slices and roll like a jelly roll. Wrap and freeze. When ready to serve partially thaw, slice and bake with a dab of butter at 350° until golden.
