     Hot Chicken Salad

Ingredients
20 c cooked chicken
10 c chopped celery
Scant 3/4 c lemon juice
2 large jars pimento
2 quarts mayonnaise
salt
5 Tbsp chopped onions
1-1/2 dozen chopped hard-boiled eggs
3 c cashews
 
grated cheese
crushed potato chips

Instructions
Mix and refrigerate overnight. Cover with layer of potato chips. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
You will need five 9 x 13 baking dishes.
