1 Tbsp lemon juice or white vinegar
1 c milk
 
Instructions
Use this in a recipe only when the recipe calls for it - the extra acid could ruin your cake or muffins.
To make your own version, place 1 Tbsp lemon juice or white vinegar in a glass measure; add regular milk to equal 1 c. Stir and let stand 5 minutes.
