16 graham crackers, crushed fine

1 Tbsp sugar
|
|
1/3 c melted butter
|

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 c sugar

pinch of salt

1 tsp vanilla

1 egg

|

8 oz sour cream or lowfat yogurt
|

Instructions |

|
Roll the graham crackers fine. Add the sugar and melted butter. Press into pie plate. Reserve 2 Tbsp graham cracker mixture.

Prepare filling with the softened cream cheese, sugar, salt, vanilla and egg. Add 8 oz sour cream or lowfat yogurt.

|
|
Pour into prepared pan, place in cold oven, turn to 325° for 30 minutes.
|
|
|
Refrigerate.
