     Martha's Rhubarb Cake

Ingredients
4 c rhubarb, chopped
1 c sugar
1 yellow cake ix
1 c cream, half and half, whole milk
 

Instructions
Prepare 4 c rhubarb and add 1 c sugar. Mix well.
Make 1 yellow cake mix according to directions and place batter in a 9 x 12 pan. Put sugared rhubarb next.
Pour 1 cup cream (half and half or whole milk) over the cake.
350° for 1 hour.
