Ingredients
3 good sized potatoes
onion - 1 large
1-1/2 tsp salt
1-1/2 c water
3 c milk, scalded
 
Instructions
Cook potatoes until soft, about 20 mn. Mash or use blender. Scald 3 c milk. Add milk and season to taste.
