     Hot Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients
3 squares unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c butter
1/2 tsp salt
3 c sugar
1 large can evaporated milk
 
Instructions
Melt in double boiler the chocolate, butter, salt, sugar and milk. Add sugar 1/2 cup at a time. A dd milk a little at a time. Stir until smooth.
